Bush delivered a speech on national television which touched on the New World Order. He stated this:

In 1990 on September 11 (9/11), the ex-president came on national television promoting their agenda for a New World Order. Then on the same day eleven years later, the New World Order began with the attack on the World Trade Center Towers. This brought about an unending war on terrorism – a major key in implementing their New World Order. 9/11 was the true beginning of their New World Order. Since the attack, new laws have been created in the name of terrorism, e.g. our phones can now be tapped without warrant in the name of Homeland Security. Our homes can now be searched without warrant in the name of Homeland Security. You can be hauled off and thrown in jail without being given a reason, or being read your rights in the name of Homeland Security. In the name of Homeland Security, many of our rights have been, and are being taken away from us right under our noses. This is all being done to bring about the New World Order the ex-president spoke of in his national televised speech in 1990.
